Refund policy
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. You are responsible for getting the items back to the store in which you purchased from within 5 days. If your safe was delivered and you want to return it, you will be responsible for brining your safe back to the warehouse location at 1205 Woodfield Way, Wilkesboro NC OR you will have to pay the delivery cost prior to our delivery team picking your safe up. The safe can not have been registered in order for us to take it back. There is a 15% fee on all items returned. The only exception to this is if your safe has a manufacture issue or if our team damaged the safe upon delivery. Scratch and Dent safes are all sales final, no returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, undamaged and in its original packaging with all manufacture documents with all manufacture accesories included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The only exclusion to this is if your safe was delivered by our staff, you will not be left with the original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you have a safe delivered you will need to inspect it prior to our team leaving to ensure nothing is damaged or not working properly. We will need to evaluate and make the issue right if there is one.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
